FULLY
AUTOMATIC LINEAR MACHINE REI-55
Fully automatic 3
lane cup/tray sealing machine (REI-55VGF3). The machine
offers full automation up to 2700 containers per hour (without
vacuum). The machine uses cup denester, piston filler, sealing (with
vacuum/gas flushing), over lidder, date coder for film lids and on
over lid for full automation.
The machine also offers interchangeable tooling so the same
machine can be used for the 97mm diameter container as well as for
CPET tray dimension 187mm x 137mm.
